Minnesota Dream Trip - Minnesota
Kayla is an incredible child who has battled Down Syndrome since birth, has undergone numerous heart surgeries, and most recently, suffered from very serious and aggressive cancer. Kayla’s Dream Trip was to travel to Minnesota to visit and play with her family at a lake house, where various family members from around the country came to reunite with Kalya. Sometimes in life the little things that many of us take for granted (like spending time with family) can make all the difference in a child’s eyes. JNF is happy to have provided Kayla and her family with memories that they will never forget.
